Scope of Services

AglawAustralia.com Heavy Engineering provides submerged arc welding, ultrasonic testing of structural steel joints, and fabrication of variable-section metal portals. All services are performed according to agreed specifications and applicable industry standards. No implied warranties beyond those explicitly stated in the contract apply.

User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate project requirements, access to work sites, and timely approvals. You are responsible for ensuring that the structural designs and load parameters you supply are correct. Failure to meet these obligations may result in project delays or termination.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of production, or consequential losses arising from the use of fabricated portals or welded joints, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

Termination of Use

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. In case of material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date. No refunds for partially completed work unless otherwise agreed.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address on file.
